At BLACKWAKE, we ship premium adventure gear — jet skis, kayaks, and performance bikes — with the same care and speed you expect from a brand built for riders. This policy outlines everything you need to know about how we handle your order from the moment you place it to the moment it arrives.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to the following countries:
• United States (all 50 states)
• United Kingdom
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding addresses for large items. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your location, contact us at support@blackwake.com before placing your order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive a confirmation email with your order details immediately after purchase, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has shipped.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
United States: 3–5 business days
United Kingdom: 3–5 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier availability, and factors outside our control such as customs processing for UK orders or weather-related delays.
Shipping Rates
We offer free shipping on all orders over $500 to both the United States and the United Kingdom.
For orders under $500, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, item size, and weight.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your shipment in real time through the carrier’s website. If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of your order, please contact our support team.
Large Item Shipping
Jet skis, kayaks, and certain bike models are large or heavy items that may require freight or specialist delivery. In these cases, our team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery window. Please ensure someone is available to receive and inspect the item at the time of delivery.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage with photographs before accepting or opening the packaging, and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@blackwake.com. We will work quickly to resolve the issue through replacement or refund.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your order, contact us within 5 business days and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Customs and Import Duties (UK Orders)
Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import fees upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the order total or shipping fee. BLACKWAKE is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
