At BLACKWAKE, we stand behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make the return process simple, free, and fair. Please read this policy carefully so you know exactly what to expect.


Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return. After 14 days, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be:


• Unused and in the same condition that you received it

• In its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included

• Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation email)


Free Returns

Return shipping is completely free within the 14-day return window. We will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. There are no hidden fees, no restocking fees, and no deductions from your refund amount.


No Restocking Fee

We do not charge a restocking fee on any return. The full purchase price will be refunded to your original payment method, provided the item is returned in its original condition.


How to Return an Item

Returning an item is straightforward:


Step 1. Contact us at support@blackwake.com within 14 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for your return.


Step 2. We will send you a prepaid return shipping label within 1 business day.


Step 3. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and attach the provided label.


Step 4. Drop the package off at the designated carrier location. Keep your drop-off receipt as proof of return.


Step 5. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund immediately.


Return Shipping Method

All returns are processed by mail using our designated carrier. We will provide full instructions and a prepaid label when you initiate your return. Do not ship items back without first contacting us and receiving a return label, as unsolicited returns may not be accepted.


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that your return has been approved. Your refund will then be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method.


Refunds arrive within 10 business days of return approval, depending on your bank or card issuer. In many cases, refunds arrive sooner. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please contact your bank first, then reach out to us.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately, whichever you prefer. You will not need to wait for us to receive the returned item before we take action.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:


• Items that have been used, ridden, or launched on water

• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

• Items returned without original packaging or with missing components

• Custom or special-order items (noted at time of purchase)


Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, model, or size, please return your original item for a full refund and place a new order. This ensures the fastest turnaround and availability confirmation on your desired item.


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they have been dispatched. If your order has already shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process once the item is delivered. Contact us as soon as possible at support@blackwake.com if you need to cancel.
